Full cream milk, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamins A & D.

Preparation Instructions

Mixing Instructions: Add 1 level cup (approx. 130 g) of Diploma Instant Full Cream Milk Powder to 3 cups of hot or cold water. Stir until dissolved Add more water to make up to 1 L. Always use a dry spoon when measuring powder. For best results always add powder to water, not water to powder.

Usage Instructions

Handy Hints: Add Diploma Instant Full Cream Milk Powder to flour and other dry ingredients when making cakes, scones and breads. Add to pancake batter for extra flavour and richness. Add to cream soups, gravies. stocks and casseroles. For example, 28 grams of Diploma Instant Full Cream Milk Powder added to 1/2 kilogram mashed potato gives a rich creamier flavour.

Storage Instructions

Store powder in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened. store in an airtight container. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at or below 4°C and use within 2 days.
